Many clients will often have some questions about whether we may be able to help, how we work or what will happen when they come in to see one of our therapists. A quick call or an email are often all it takes to get the answer you need quickly to put your mind at ease.
Our receptionists have extensive training and work closely alongside our team of practitioners, so are able to quickly answer most simple questions. Where your enquiry requires a more detailed or technical response, they will be able to ask a practitioner to answer directly or to get in touch and provide the information you need. Please note any information given by our receptionists is not a replacement for suitable professional advice and so they cannot answer health related questions.
